Q: How much material do
I need?

Q: Can all products be delivered?
A: Yes: AggTrans delivers anywhere!
Q: How much delivery notice do I need to give?
A: Generally one day, but 2-3 days notice would be appreciated
for all materials in stock.
Q: Can more than one product
be delivered at a time?
A: Generally palletized products can be mixed on a single delivery and some bulk products can be included with your
palletized order via our hopper delivery system.
Q: Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
A: Yes: It is in the best interest of both parties. Re: unloading location, signatures and
payment.
Q: Can I pick up the materials
myself?
A:
Yes: Some materials are available for pick up (contact our sales department for availability).
Q: What kinds of products are returnable?
A: All products are non-returnable, except for those
products that are prepackaged and can be counted upon return.
Q: What are the terms regarding any returns?
A: A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all items returned.
Balances can be credited toward other purchases via our gift / store credit card.
Q: Do you deliver rain or shine?
A: It depends on site delivery conditions. Please discuss with
our dispatchers.
