This position is a full-time position with attendance requirements to alternate seasonally as outlined here: In-Season: Mid-March thru End of October Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM Saturday: 9:00AM-2:00PM Off-Season: November thru Mid-March Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Applicant Requirements:

• Required Software Familiarity with: Outlook, Excel (Basic Functions), MS Word, Adobe Reader (Basic Functions), Google Drive

Job Responsibilities:

• • Reception duties: Answer all incoming calls on main line; determine nature of incoming calls, directing calls to proper destinations; take messages.
• • Quote Pipeline Maintenance and Sales Support: Monitor and distribute incoming online quote requests; Log quote requests in tracking software including spreadsheet software and CRM; Marking quotes as Won/Lost/etc. in sales software; Filing; Quote generation and maintenance; Generation of product certification documents in Microsoft Word.
• • Light Showroom Maintenance: Stocking showroom catalog display racks; Ordering new catalogs from all vendors as needed; Ensuring catalogs are labelled with appropriate branding label.
• • Clerical Tasks: Use FedEx or USPS system to pack documents, samples, requested catalogs, and other items to be sent to customers; Photocopying, faxing; Product sold-tag creation.
• • Delivery Form Creation: Assist sales reps in creation of delivery paperwork packets.
